Description: We also design and manufecture wax automatic transportation and warm keeping system according to customers requirements. This system mainly includes: Removing wax in dewaxing kettle; after liquid wax in dewaxing kettle comes to certain quantity and there is no liquid wax in quick-evaporator, liquid wax will be tranported to liquid wax quick-evaporator via spare fasof dewaxing kettle. After being removed water initially in liquid wax quick-evaporator, the liquid wax will be delivered to dewatering tank with no wax liquid, via further dewatering, the liquid wax will be tranported to stewing barrel with no liquid wax. After stewed for some time, liquid wax has been completely processed.Then there are three ways to handle: 1. Outlet the liquid wax from stewing barrel and put it into warm-keeping vessle for the using by cylinder changeable wax injector artificially. 2. Outlet the liquid wax from stewing barrel to the wax vessel of cylinder change-free wax injectors which need liquid wax artificially. 3. Mount pipeline to transport liquid wax to he wax vessel of cylinder change-free wax injectors, so that the wax can be supplied to wax injector automatically.
